I handed the GoPro off to Adam, since I knew I would take it slow and he would be much more interesting.
In the beginning of the video he goes over our adventure briefly. You can read my more detailed posts on in the E-Bike Adventures blog.
This mountain is clearly a hiking trail and going down on a bike was just an intense, rocky, rooty descend.
I walked my bike down a lot of the stuff. I know my limits and got off my bike before gravity made me get off.
This mountain was a little strange and confusing too. There were some little inclines on our descend. At one point I felt lost and I saw Adam looking at the GPS on his phone. He tried to reassure me he wasn’t lost. (Later on he told me he was a little nervous as well)
In the video Adam says how well I was doing. He only thought I was doing well because I wasn’t being vocal about my struggles. I really was struggling very badly. My only thoughts were “I want to go back to the camp.”
At the very end of the video you can see me walking my bike and complaining how tired I was.
Stay tuned for the next post to see us finally journey to the bottom of the mountain!
